My relatives (paternal side) have some sort of "system". Every month, different people (of my generation) will be in-charge of planning the family gathering of the month. And by planning, it means that we have to fork out all the money that is needed to plan this month's gathering. This is to ensure that we meet up every month, and at the same time, my grandmom likes gatherings so, yup!
So it's my (with my sis/some other cousins) month to plan this gathering.
On the way to cuzzie's house to prepare everything~

We decided on a simple BBQ near cuzzie's house because it's super convenient for us to bring the stuffs over as my aunt (cuzzie's mom) wanted to buy almost everything outside instead of BBQWholesale! Not only that, loving the windy environment too! ;)

We were skyping with her instead of her being at the venue at that time because she was being locked in my cousin (her fiance)'s house as she left her bunch of keys at her own house. Super funny! She was really bored so we decided to skype with her while waiting for my cousin to be backkkkk.
